Starting university is a big step, and we’re here to help make that transition smoother for neurodivergent students.

Our dedicated discovery days offers a welcoming, low-pressure environment to meet key support staff and connect with other neurodivergent students.

Join us for a day of:

  • Relaxed and informal chats with members of the Autism & ADHD support teams and fellow neurodivergent students

  • Guided tours of quiet spaces and study areas on campus

  • Support with navigating support services, Welcome and accessing support at university

  • Creative activities, board games and time to unwind

Whether you are feeling anxious, excited, or somewhere in between, this day is here to help you feel supported and prepared for the start of your university journey. You can stay for as long as you like, but we will be available during the day to talk to you.  You can bring a friend if you like.

You will be nervous, and it probably will be slightly awkward at first, but don’t let it stop you from going to places alone, you will meet people and they may turn out to be your best friend!
