Looking for a fun way to unwind and meet new people? Join us at The Point for an evening packed with friendly competition, great music, and good vibes!

Student tips

Thoughts and advice from current students on your first few days with us.

Get used to saying your name and the course you're studying over and over again!

Blessing Ayenge
BA (Hons) German and Linguistics

I threw myself into everything during Welcome. I went to a BBQ for non-traditional students (international, local, mature, etc) and met some interesting people. If you're living in or out of halls, go to the nights out (even if you're not a drinker) just to be a part of what is going on and to be a part of the usually hilarious stories these nights produce.
