This introductory session will introduce you to Excel and show you how to create spreadsheets and workbooks as well as some features that will save you time. You’ll even create your own degree grade tracker to help keep you motivated to achieve your target grade!

I'd make an effort to go out with people from halls or to throw yourself into the organised events for non-traditional students. You'll never have the opportunity again to spend an entire week making connections with people - don't waste it!
In terms of opportunities, NTU has something for everyone so having a chat with a member of staff can sometimes help new students figure out what sector they are inclined to work in, or where they might like to volunteer etc. It’s never too early to network!
